This is a great shojo series with one of the most evil school girls ever.... Sae... it's a fun romantic love triangle with lots of backstabbing and scheming.

The order you should read the Peach girl series in.... (this seems a little confusing to people at first) Peach Girl 1 - 8 Peach Girl Change of Heart 1 - 10 Peach Girl Sae's Story 1 - 3 really Peach girl and change of heart are the same series, just broke into 2 parts by Tokyopop.

So much teenage angst so little time. That's a good thing though. Momo has so many problems and Sae just doesnt make them better. Boy troubles abound thanks to Sae and Kiley for poor Momo. Everyone should read this, its near classic status!

This story is an all out shojo angst fest. Most of the story only consists of Momo getting into unrealistic situations (which isn't really so bad) and showing Sae as the scheming deviant behind all the bad that happens to Momo . Not too much originality here, but the story is fast paced and interesting in a Soap opera kind of way. The artwork is pretty good and the characters interesting.

Normally, I wouldn't have liked a series like this because it seems so unrealistic - there's just SO much drama, one shot after the other. But, surprisingly, the series is excellent - even with all the drama, it still keeps you so hooked that you can't wait to dive into the next volume. The artwork is great and the storyline is funny. If you love gyaru culture and ganguro gals, you'll love this series.

Though I think the now unavailable 1st editon was cuter, either way you will get the best shojo series available. Peach Girl is not just one of the most beautifuly drawn manga series it is nonstop romance and high school girl tragedy, schemes and love all tangled together. Anyone who likes shojo even a little bit must read this series from start to finish!
