Sakuya, the lead singer for the hard rocking band Lucifer, is the unattainable object of desire for millions of hopeful women. Aine is the demure high school student who suddenly finds herself in the middle of a raucous rock n' roll circus. Together they're writing the book of love... one hit song at a time!
But love never comes easy in the world of all-night parties and loud guitars. Rock bands inspire their fans in a sundry of ways. Kids copy the clothes they wear, the lifestyle they lead and the politics they spout. But who, in turn, inspires the rock stars?
Unable to attract the media's attention with its own music, a local band by the name of D-Element drugs and kidnaps poor Aine Yukimura. And later, when nude pictures of her are used as blackmail, she is forced into writing lyrics for her captors. As lead singer of Lucifer, Sakuya knows how important Aine was to his superstar status. She was the muse that fueled his band's mega-platinum success.
Now it's up to him to repay that debt and find a way to protect the reputation of his vulnerable charge.
