Rookie firefighter Daigo Asahina will go to extraordinary lengths to save lives, but his latest unauthorized rescue method may get him fired! Insisting he did the right thing to his superiors, Daigo resigns himself to his fate and hangs up his firefighting gear. Then, on a dinner date with his former high school teacher (and object of his affections), a blackout traps them in a glass elevator high above the city. Just outside, a window-cleaner dangles unconscious from a platform that's about to fall! Until now, Daigo could always count on Company M to back him up, but this time he's on his own!!
