Nanaka Kirisato has grown up to be a shrewish, unpopular girl, with only her childhood friend Nenji Nagihara willing to put up with her. But after she pushes him too far with her constant nagging, he says he never wants to see her again! Nanaka, hurt to the core, wanders off in a daze-and takes a nasty tumble down a flight of stairs.
