JD's been trying to get to the 4th world. That was his grandfather Grifford's last request, and JD and others around him have begun to notice that JD has the powers of someone from the Fourth World royalty. But he can only pass through Volcano Laten to get there in the hide of the monster Gorgon, so to get Gorgon, he seeks out a sorceress. Lain, our heroine from the Fourth World, is seeking out JD too, as well as answers from this sorceress. A battle goes down, and JD's team wins as he finally learns the truth: He is the reincarnation of Kitor, the former Supreme Ruler of the Fourth World and also Lain's fiance. JD journeys to the Fourth World to claim his destiny!
