Six months have passed since the battle between Jiro and the evil robots. Jiro wanders the streets of Tokyo, damaged and without a memory, while his Gemini circuit is held captive in DARK headquarters. Lacking his conscience, a provoked Jiro could prove to be a menace.
Meanwhile, the symposium of environmental protection and research experts has arrived in Japan. One of the experts is the evil doctor Gil Helbert, secret head of DARK, whose unorthodox views on humanity could start a revolution, if not a total war.
