He is powerful enough to grant divinity to demons who become his loyal subjects. He is Homura, the Prince of War, and hes hellbent on forming an army capable of overthrowing the heavensand with one machine gun-toting buddy and a laserwhip-cracking accomplice, he just might be able to pull it off. But to conquer the gods who banished him from paradise, hell have to take care of two little obstacles. First, hell have to steal the precious Seiten Scripture. And second, hell have to defeat the Sanzo party. And Sanzo, Gojyo, and Hakkai arent about to give up the ghost (or their lives) so easily. And Goku sure as hell isnt. But when Homura meets Goku, he realizes this small but powerful demon child may just be even more powerful and more valuable to his cause than any ancient text could ever be.
