After living through numerous interstellar wars, mankind has finally formed an interstellar union. However, there are still many active disputes amongst the members of the union itself. To help resolve these disputes, the secret organization GOTT, is formed, made up of highly trained agents with special powers. Agents E'clair and Lumiére are two such girls with outstanding abilities, and they're assigned as partners. They fight side-by-side for GOTT, all the while slowly unraveling the mysteries behind their employers.
