Meet Kanako Ohno. Member of the infamous Genshiken, also known as The Society of the Study of Modern Visual Culture. The perfect place for an “otaku”. With many activates such as watching, buying, discussing, reading, etc. about anime and mangas, Kanako brings something new to the table at the club, Cosplay! Manufactured by Good Smile Company, Kanako is featured getting dressed as Chihiro Enomoto, from the anime series, Kujibiki Unbalance (every Genshiken’s members favorite show by the way). This 1/8 scale PVC statue beautifully features the small details from the trim on the clothes to the signature mole on Kanako’s chin. With her awkward smile and unique pose, Kanako is literally “busting out” to life!
