Hal, Sana, and Hayden are three first year high school students. Sana has a nursery called Snowdrop named after a type of flower; and it's also the title of her mother's novel. Sana, a rich girl home-schooled due to her depression, and Hal, a spoiled, rich boy, are friends who enroll into a new high school together. Sana ends up sitting next to Hayden, a handsome model without many friends at school, and gets drawn in by his mysterious allure. Hayden - who has recently suffered through the tragic death of his older brother - is poor because he has to support his family.
