No blood for oil! Lupin attempts to defuse a bomb at an oil refinery faster than his fellow defusist Okite. However, good old Zenigata will draw blood pretty much anywhere in his quest to nab his quarry.
Lupin decides to move out of big oil and into corporate sabotage as he swindles the public sector swindlers right out of their swindling businesses. But is he imagining all of this? Maybe Lupin needs to see a headshrinker. Provided he doesn't lose his head along the way.
