On January 15th, 2007, Just Manga launched our first ever Frequent Buyer Reward Program. For every $10 you spend towards your purchase, you will earn 100 reward points. (This applies to our Club555 items as well to give you even more savings!)
With our unique reward program, you no longer need to wait til your gray hair is out or your bank account depleted to get enough points to redeem something cool. Most of our customers can expect to redeem prizes with just one $40 purchase! The best part is, you are not exactly redeeming water bottles, ballpoint pens or flash lights.
With JM's Reward Program, you actually have plenty of quality anime toys and goodies from Bleach, Naruto and other popular series to choose from. (new items are being added constantly) [Check out what we've got in the vault now]
I wanna join, how do I sign up?
To start earning reward points from your order(s): All you need is a Free JustManga Account. Then you just place your order(s) as usual and earn points automatically. If you don't have an account yet, Click here to sign up
To redeem prizes from your reward points: You'll need to complete this Enrollment Form.

Who will find this program most beneficial?
If you, like most of our customers, who purchase at least 5 manga books or dvds every month, then you'll find our reward program a great way to make your money worth. You just buy your monthly mangas and dvds as usual and let your reward points accumulated. Before you know it, you'll have earned many points to redeem reward like plush dolls, keychains, wallets, figures, and other cool anime gadgets.
Why is JustManga doing this?
Lets be honest, beside wanting to keep our customers happy. When it comes buying manga and anime, we want you to think of us first.
To do that, we have to offer something unique and worthwhile to you. Most of you probably purchase manga books and dvd on a regularly basis and have mulitple sources to get them. By creating this reward program, we hope you will find buying from us makes the most sense. You can shop at Joe's Anime and spend $50 and get what you want, while you can get the same thing from us plus all the extra rewards!
To put it simply, we want to reward our loyal customers for choosing and supporting us.
Note: As of this writing, Just Manga is the only online anime store that offer frequent buyer reward program to their customers.

What is the points system?
Our points system rewards you with 100 points for $10 dollar spent on product purchases. Once earned, you will be able to use those points to shop for the JM gift of your choice from our Buyers Club Reward Program.
How does the system work?
When an order is placed, the total amount of the order, minus shipping and taxes will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your JM Reward Account as pending points. All pending points are listed in your JM Reward Account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by JustManga
Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points ready for you to spend on redeeming the item(s) of your choice. You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and the order will be processed by the JM staff.
Points and Values
Currently, for every $10.00 spent at JustManga you'll earn 100 points. For example:
Product Cost: $100.00
Points Earned: 1,000 pts
Please note, we reserve the right to make changes to the above rate as well as the point to redeem the prizes at any time without prior notice. The rate shown on this page will always be current.
Will the points I've earned ever Expired?
No, the points that you earned from this program will NEVER expire. However, you must made at least one purchase from JM in past 30 days in order to redeem prizes. (We believe this should be reasonable since most of all customers make purchase at least once per month.)
Restrictions and Limitations
Only items which are featured in our Buyers Club Reward Program can be purchased with your reward points using your points balance. We strongly advise you to check this page often as we may make changes to this policy.
Other Requirement for Prize Redemption
You may redeem your points towards a Buyers Club Reward Program purchase as soon as you have met the minimum points required to apply towards the item of your choice. But you can only redeem your gift when you made a purchase from JustManga within the last 30 days. (Most customer should have no problem with this time frame).
Will I earn points for shipping fees?
No. When calculating the amount of points earned shipping fees are excluded.
Will I earn points for tax fees?
No. When calculating the amount of points earned taxes are excluded.
How do I redeem prizes from my reward points?
Prize Redemption is easy, simply goto our JM Reward Catalog and click on the "claim item" link of the product you are interested. You'll then see a reward basket appeared on the top-right of the page and a checkout button underneath it. (NOTE: You will NOT be able to checkout your redemption order unless you have enough reward points for the item(s) in your reward basket.)
