Strawberry 100% Synopsis: Junpei is a young student whose goal in life is to become a filmmaker. When he catches a tantalizing glimpse of a beautiful girl in strawberry-print panties, he falls in love instantly - both with the magical image, which he's sure would be perfect in a movie, and with the femme fatale whose identity is a mystery!
Against all odds, Junpei starts dating the most gorgeous girl in school, Tsukasa, believing that she's the strawberry girl. But he gradually realizes that his mystery woman might really be Aya, an unpopular, bespectacled bookworm.

Hmm... Jun 15, 2007 reviewed by boukie.bree
Do you enjoy fan service laden harem manga where the guy is incredibly indecisive? Sound like something you'd want to read 19 volumes of? Then this is the series for you! Admittedly I am a girl, which might explain why this series' charm was lost on me. But really, even among harem manga this one is pretty bad.

Loved or hated Jun 19, 2008 reviewed by iceblu3710
I read this manga entirely a few months after it was finished being published and out of 4-5 of my friends 2 hate, 2 love, 1 unsure and that really seems to be the consensus.
Junpei is terribly common, the type of character that cant make a single decision without holing up, but in 95% of love based manga thats always how the character is, even the female leads come across that way.
I found the storyline to be very well paced but you need to read 3-4vol in a sitting to get anything out of it. The volumes are not broken up very well. They introduced new characters literally pages before I felt the current cast was getting dry. (which is why I say read 3-4 at a time)
The ending, why does everyone hate it so much? I think its one of the single best ended manga I have ever read! Its not a linear storyline like all the rest where your introduced to 4-5 possible girls and my vol two you know whos going to be chosen and your just reading for the meat in between. I actually felt lonely when she left and started to get distracted by the new character which made my identify with Junpei for the first time then a few volumes later the sweetest ending ever.
So theres my review, If you like the long stories you'll like it, and if your tired of the obvious choice, a definite read.

A Bit Too Long @_@ Jun 20, 2007 reviewed by ekitty13
Has a nice story line and very easy to follow, but.... i actually finish the whole story and its waaay too long X_X with 19 volumes that actually is just dragging the story. the main character is a little annoying and stupid because he doesnt know with which girl to go out....
the end was good but i think the author of the manga should have made three finals on for each girl because not many people like the end of the manga just because the guy didnt go out with the girl they want.. so that is why i think the manga would have being even better with three endings

A MUST HAVE ! Aug 04, 2008 reviewed by Chichong
Well I did read this manga before and the english version wasn't out yet. I downloaded on internet ( scans ) and was reading non stop ! From 0:00 AM till 9:00 AM in the morning because the story is too good and very exciting ! It talks about a boy that named Junpei saw a nice girl on roof with strawberry underwear hahaha and then after that he mistake the other girl also know Nishino ( My favorite character ~CUTE~ ) that she was on the roof and he confessed his feellings to Nishino. Nishino is the most popular girl from the whole school. Everyone is envious Junpei that he is going out with the most pretty and popular girl. And much later 2 other girls are also in love with Junpei.. a boy with 5 pretty girls.. After I read those scans from internet I decided to buy the manga book. I asked everywhere and they said they don't know this manga or it is still not available in English.. I was feeling very sad :( I want to support the manga but not out yet and NOW FINALLY its out in English :D I waited 4 years to come out in English version anyway you won't regret it! Trust me BUY this manga and I;m sure you will love it !

Ichigo 100% Feb 26, 2008 reviewed by Crenshinibon
Honestly, this manga leaves me a little bit divided. On the one hand, it's a harem-comedy starring a shallow, boring male lead and three girls that are borderline stock characters. On the other hand, it genuinely can make me laugh out loud. I have read the entire series, it stays essentially the same up until the ending, which I think is largely its saving grace as it is one of the most realistic and well planned endings I've ever seen, and actually gives some life to otherwise terrible characters. Probably not for everyone, but if you enjoy this type of comedy stick in for the long run, you'll be glad you did.

Pretty good Jul 25, 2007 reviewed by Kazuma Azuma
This series isn't for everyone, it's pretty good, but it doesn't have the zest that really makes a manga great. The story goes by really quickly, there's time to stop and get a bite to eat, but it wasn't terrible.
