This is about a boy named Hanamichi Sakuragi.When he went to highschool he met a beautiful girl named Haruko...But when Sakuragi found out that haruko was inlove with other man in Basketball Varsity Team named Kaede Rukawa,He hates basketball and downgraded it in front of the captain named Akagi...Akagi dared him to fight with him with basketbhall one on one...During the game of the two Hanamichi accidentally pulled sown the pants of Akagi.All the people laugh...When he knew that Akagi was Haruko's older brother he decided to join the Shohoku Varsity Team and made a dream that he will be the next Captain....Can they be the National Champion?
