Really, I hate sports and I never thought I would love a manga about sports, but I just love Prince of Tennis. The player and the tennis moves, all of it makes the manga fun and exciting. Plus I just adore Ryoma and his bad additude, he's so much fun. Prince of Tennis is a shonen and shonens are shonens. The regulars all compete and strive to win and train to get stronger, and reading it is so much fun.

At first I didn't expect to like the series that much but I was wrong! Ryoma Echizen the main character is a tennis prodigy that enters junior-high and quickly is known for his tennis skills. The character is well done, he has this cocky attitude but his game backs him up. The other characters are also well done, their made with crazy awesome moves that makes you want to play the sport^^. Theres also a good mix of comedy thrown in so you get some laughs. It's a great series to follow even if your not a sports fan.
