My Favorite Shonen-ai May 30, 2007

This happens to be my favorite shonen-ai series! It's the perfect coupling of a rich, teasing, devoted seme and a poor, naive, sweet uke. All set in a school boy/manson setting. Throw in a stuck up jealous rich rival and it only gets better. Really the sweet yet sometimes sexy interactions of these boys is what boys love is all about. Plus you even get side stories from handsome staff and family!

I borrowed the first volume of this from a fellow yaoi-loving friend, and was instantly hooked. I bought the entire series for myself. I'm starting to regret that I no longer have these books, because they really were marvelous.
Rei is just gorgeous. I really got into his back story. This manga series is definitely the perfect rich boy, poor boy love story. There are many just powerfully wonder moments. I don't see how any yaoi fan could NOT love Our Kingdom. I don't know if there are going to be any more volumes, but I know I couldn't get enough, so I'd definitely route for more. This is one of those series' that you'll find yourself reading over and over again.

I think this manga rocks! but the bad thing is that they did not continue the series so it ends up at the volume 6 and you end up wondering what is going to happen with everyone after that they even introduce new characters that are supposed to get in between the protagonist and stuff but the series are good like they are anyways you should read it and see for yourself what do you think about them :D
