Ahh! My heartstrings!!! XD Dec 17, 2008 reviewed by MangaOriginal
Koizumi Risa and Atsushi Otani are crazy Osaka high schoolers with awesome style and teenager slang! And they'er both fans of a rapper called Umibozu... This is about all they have in common, but they fall head over heals for each other anyways!
This series is super orginal, one of a kind! The colorful details in the art and the story keep you on the edge of the page, and extras in the back of the books are a sweet treat! ^~^
High School, Rappers, Hyper Bickering, Invading Enemies, True love conquers all! XD

Complex Indeed Jan 12, 2008 reviewed by machina
Risa is tall. Very tall. Otani is short. Very short. Stuck in the same class, next to one another every single year of their high school career; they are dubbed the All Hanshin Kyojin! A famous comedy duo with one tall man and one short man, due to their constant bickering. But through their troubles to help one another get with someone else the two of them become closer than they ever imagined.
The anime had me in tears, the manga I haven't completed because it's not been released in it's entirety in the US; but from what I've read I adore it. The anime follows the manga closely from what I've seen, though I've heard there is more to the story after the anime ends. If you like comedy, drama, tears of laughter and sadness; Love*Com is amazing.

It's alright, not the greatest Apr 07, 2008 reviewed by ~nya-chan (Love Com Vol. 01)
It started out slow and started to bore me. I was waiting for it to catch my attention. But that part doesn't happen tell towards the end when it should have happened in the beginning or at least in the middle. The comedy started to annoy me, because every second threw back the same jokes about each others' height. I really liked the art, though. It's very unique. I just hope the manga begins to be more exciting than the anime, but right now....it's not.

This is a cute love story, innocent and pure. I´m a big fan of shoujo manga and I identify so much with the main character, and specially with that couple. And the art is beatiful it improves in every volume. This manga is one of my favourites, and I´m buying it thanx to JUST MANGA!!
