I highly recommend reading this. The art is beautiful and it actually has a good story throughout the whole book. There aren't that many action scenes in the book but when there ... let's just say you'll need a fan.

Extremely romantic with touches of humor and angst Aug 31, 2007

This seems to have a lot of manga cliches in it--twisted family relationships with half-brothers, flashbacks to childhood friendships never forgotten, and the dying old father looking for an heir, and a cute, previously straight, poor, younger uke who works too many jobs. Yet, even so, it has a haunting quailty, capturing a sense of the fragility of love and the loneliness of many people. There is some cute humor involving denial of sex and sexual frustration, but also one extremely moving and beautiful love scene. Exceptional, worth rereading.
