The Artwork lacks a certain polish, and you're not going to see any particularly fantastic panels, but it is cute and serves it's task very well. As well, nothing ever comes off as odd-looking or poorly drawn, which is amazing considering the artist is a new face in the business.

The story consists of a series of shorts involving a cast of characters seemingly inspired by Harry Potter, if Harry Potter were written by the Three Stooges that is. Each story is pure comedy, though some of the jokes might be a bit tired for those who read a lot of comedy manga. However, for those who either enjoy such jokes, or are just starting to read comedy manga, they're comedy gold.

Overall, Leader's High! is a recommended purchase for anyone looking for a quick laugh.
