I am not yet eighteen but my mother bought this book for me.I can definitely say that this manga is for mature audiences.

Lady Snowblood, the basis for the Quentin Tarentino film Kill Bill, is an powerful, dark manga series about the strength of revenge and the lengths to which one orphaned woman will go to avenge the death of her mother. There are some mature themes at work here so, unless you're 18+, don't pick this up unless you want to be grounded by your parents for life. Kazuo Koike's artwork is as amazing here as in his Samurai Executioner and Lone Wolf and Cub series. If you want sex, blood and action, this is the series for you.
