Galaxy Express 999 Synopsis:   ALL ABOARD THE GALAXY TRAIN!

Galaxy Express 999 is the name of a train which travels through space, beginning at Megalopolis Station on one end of the galaxy and terminating at Andromeda on the other. But the Galaxy Epress is more than just a train - it's also a metaphor for life itself, with passengers constantly boarding, debarking, and dreaming along the way.

In this all-new and updated continuation of the classic manga series, we'll meet familiar characters such as the enigmatic Maetel; Tetsuro Hoshino, whose quest for vengeance against his mother's murderer was told in the first GE999 film; and the eternally flustered Three-Nine conductor. We'll meet new characters, too, such as Kanon, a self-described "eldritch electrical faerie," who, like the Doctor in Star Trek: Voyager, can never leave her assigned quarters; and Mii-kun, a tiger-striped kitty cat.
