There's no story line to this one and it's probably one of the most dumbest things I've ever read. I'd love to say what it's about, but quite frankly, it's just about a bunch of random things. The anime makes more sense, but is still crumy.

ok this manga is very short only 2 books and 3 anime dvds it a crazt anime/manga at first you will sit there scrathing you head wundering wtf is this but after you watch it a bit it get funny and funner all i can say is is crazy stuff if you like crazy anime this is an anime for you i thaught it was kicka** a must buy.

I laugh in the face of whoever said that FLCL was stupid. They are obviosuly the stupid one, this manga has you going WTF?! from the very beginning, but in the good way. As you read it you understand more. You cannot possibly read it once and say I didn't understand it so it equals crap. You will laugh your head off at the art and love the characters, even the perverted father. Fooly Cooly may be one of the funniest mangas you will ever read and to call it stupid means you cannot appreciate manga at all.

I'm not just going along with everybody elses' comments, but when I say that this manga is confusing, annoying, horrible, and just plain out dumb, I'm not lying. Don't waiste your time on this manga, but if you did buy it, then make up for your time by continuing it with the anime. The anime is better, but to me, still a waiste of time.

I loved the FLCL series, although, if you're not a random person, you won't really like it. The story is hard to follow- I had to read it twice to get my head around it. Although its confusing, its a really excellent book, but in my opion, your best bet is to get the anime- seeing as its a lot easier to follow then the manga and at some points its more interesting.
