I strongly recommend this classic from Akira Toriyama to fans of Dragonball, and all other comedy Manga. Its jam packed with laughs, page after page. not as much action as Dragon ball, or Neko Majin Z, but a great read non-the less.

Inventive, surprising, it will make you either wonder, hey, why didn't I think of that or hey, that was my idea its just a laugh hard comedy for all.
With Episodic spoofs following the members of Penguin Town, it just keeps the laughs coming.
