A cute read for when it's too cold outside and your snuggling up for a good manga. Rightly so, this lovable story is based around a cute creature and very adorable (and well-built) characters! The plot is moved along with comedy, suspense, and interesting twists. For being such a short series, it's definitely worth picking up once to see how cute a Loch Ness story can be!

Let's get one thing out of the way: I picked up this series because it looked cute. Neo is adorable! If you're looking for something short and fluffy to read, Chikyu Misaki is a good choice. The plot was interesting (when relevant points came up), and overall it's a happy story.

I kind of wish it were longer, though. Sometimes characters act a little unbelievably, just to move the story right along (but which manga doesn't have those moments?)
