I have the basic guidelines for myself when i am looking for a great read in a yaoi book: hot guys, more then hot plot, and defining characters. I feel that although the artist cannot remotely even draw, this book gets props for a good storyline. I love the fact that Ash, who is suppose to be a pretty boy, is the ruthless(ish) leader of a gang, and i greatly enjoy the sex toy tidbit that's thrown in there. (Except that it is, sadly, almost rated 13). Readers looking for good ideas will love it, and most will not even pick it up because of the ugly pictures.
