The manga is separated into a number of individual stories which includes a boy that falls in love with his boss after he allegedly writes a poem that moves him, a prince that will have a young mer-boy to himself no matter what the cost...with comedic results. A boy recently dumped by his cynical girlfriend falls for his ex-lover's twin brother. A boy is faced with dilemma when his is mistaken for a doll by a man frequenting the toy store that he works at. And finally the title story of a young orphan who must choose between the two boys that want him.

The art is spectacular and very endearing. The characters are all absolutely adorable and as the title implies every single sweet moment leaves you Almost Crying. In end, if your semx lover who enjoys countless scenes of frivolous sex acts this manga wouldn't really be of much interest to you (though there is a comedic implication of sex in the mer boy story and also a few mild nude scenes) But if you're down on your luck and need something to warm your heart than this manga will do that and much, much more!
